A native of Danville, Virginia, Fran had two main interest--aviation and real estate. She obtained a private pilot license even before entering real estate. Fran received her Virginia real estate license in 1981 during a recession when interest rates were 16% and there was a gas shortage. After securing a position with a local real estate company in Kernersville, NC, she relocated in 1982. Since then she has worked in all aspects of a real estate firm from administration to sales, management, broker-owner, and back to sales with a strong leadership position. After discovering Keller Williams Realty and understanding the model and philosophy of focus on its agents, training, and profit share, she knew she had found her real estate home for life. Fran knows that learning is never ending and is always in training taking advantage of training offered by Keller Williams Realty on Business Planning, Buyers, Sellers, Sales Skills, Technology, and Personal Growth including programs such as Ignite, BOLD, Language of Sales, Master Minds, and many more. While we live in a world of social media and technology that is important to communicating with many people today, Fran also knows that talking and meeting with people personally is still very important. Therefore, she makes every effort to actually ANSWER the phone unless she is in a meeting or with a client.
